Hats & Hooded Sweatshirts Order Form

    Each Veteran, Boat Captain, and Volunteer will receive a free Walleyes for Warriors t-shirt. Hats and hooded sweatshirts will also be available for a nominal cost. These will include the Walleyes For Warriors logo on them! There is no obligation to buy but these are being made available for those who are interested.  If you want more than what is available below, please feel free to submit additional orders below, as needed.  Payment will be expected when you pick up your merchandise during registration on Saturday, June 17th.
