Thank you for your interest in being part of Walleyes For Warriors 2024!

We are happy to inform you Linwood Beach Marina has offered their facility as the host location for this year’s event. We are grateful for this support. Please feel free to check them out at www.linwoodbeachmarina.com Please note the event is limited to 200 veterans and 100 boat captains. Registration for Veterans and Boat Captains will be during a set time period.

Veterans will not be assigned to a boat on a first come, first serve basis. Every effort will be made to place veterans on a boat in 2024 who have registered in past years but were not placed on a boat. Priority will be given to World War II and Korea War Veterans. 

Veterans’ registration will be Saturday, June 8, 2024 at Linwood Beach Marina, 135 S. Linwood Beach Road, Linwood, Michigan beginning at 3:00 p.m. You will receive two (2) emails. One confirming receipt of your registration and a second email confirming you have been placed on a boat. We will compile a waiting list for cancellation purposes. If we are unable to place you on a boat, you will have priority the following year.

3pm: Veteran Registration at Linwood Beach Marina
 - Hot dog lunch served during registration
4pm: Boat Captain Check-in and Meet Veterans at Linwood Beach Marina

Sunday, June 9, 2024
5:00am: Boat launching begins
7:00am: Star Spangled Banner
7:15am: Colors ceremony USCG
7:30am - 1:30pm: Fishing Tournament
3pm: Awards followed by Dinner (for Veterans, Captains and First Mates)
